B+S M3 INTEGRA
 |
Completely integrated mobile data acquisition system not much bigger
than a laptop computer. Typical B+S all-in-one design: No external
analog signal conditioning. No third-party software to configure
first itself and second the system. No faint display on a fragile
laptop. The M3 INTEGRA features typical high quality B+S electronics
in a rugged machined all-aluminum housing with an integrated super
bright TFT display.
Even though the size is small, the features look
like the ones of a much larger system. You can simultaneously record
analog data coming from external speed sensors, thermocouples, strain
gage based sensors and information gathered from your controller
bus such as CAN, SCP, ABS, J1850, or other controllers. The B+S
M3 INTEGRA keeps all of this information timesynchronized in memory
or on hard disk, so that you can look at the status of your controller
bus at the exact moment of an analog event. |
Since the heart of the system is a Pentium-Class personal computer,
you don't have to transfer your data to another system. There is enough
space on the up to two hard disks, enough memory, enough computing
power to run your analysis software right on the same system. There
are, however, a lot of interfaces allowing you a fast and reliable
transfer, be it through media (e.g. a ZIP drive at the parallel port)
or using the RJ45 universal twisted pair network interface.
Another feature of the M3 INTEGRA is its expandability. You can buy
a basic system now and add modules in the future as your application
requires. You can choose from our steadily expanding range of modules. |

Software ME4 for Windows
Our Windows based software system lets you easily
setup the hardware, perform the data acquisition with online data
display, then display, manipulate and analyze the captured data
offline.
No programming knowledge is needed by the user, as the menu system
guides him easily to the wanted functions. Keyboard with touch pad
or trackball are available.

ICP Application
Multi
Channel Applications ICP24 and ICP48
Multi channel applications with several hundred
channels are extremely demanding. Not too long ago the complete
loading deck of a light truck was used to install a 128 channel
system. Now less than a cubic foot is necessary for a 280 channel
system! Power consumption is reduced significantly.
ABS Traction Control and Vehicle Dynamics

Data Acquisition Systems
Simultaneous acquisition of: Pressure, accelerations,
yaw rates, wheel speeed, vehicle speed, valve signals, pedal travel,
pedal force, temperatures digital signals of ECU (BOSCH, CONTI, etc.)
Typical ABS break test
Strapdown Platform DYMO 3
One
sensor, 15 Channels
- Acceleration x,y,z
- Yaw rate x,y,z
- Pitch
- Roll
- Heading (North)
-
Speed x,y,z
- Position Lat/Long
- Attitude
Multi Channel Strain Gage Application
A
very demanding application is the measurement of load in crankshafts.
With noise ten times higher than the signal, a
traditional strain gage amplifier will fail.
Our fully programmable STG8 (DC) with integrated
antialiasing filters generates perfect results.
