The
Quick Gage Sensor is a pre-fabricated Torque and Thrust strain gage
bridge wich is applied to a shaft using a layer of adhesive. Strain
gages, terminal pads, circuitry and pre-wired connectors are all included
in this unique one-piece transducer. After mounting and curing, the
Quick Gage Sensor may be used with standard strain gage signal conditioning
slip ring or telemetry to obtain Torque and Thrust measurements on
FWD and RWD drive shafts(rotating) or differential rear axle housings
(reaction non-rotating).
